SMS Terms of Service

1.Program Description

The SMS Program sends messages from Exclusively Classics to customers, employees, mechanics, and other people who have asked to communicate with us by text. Messages may include:

• Appointment, consultation, vehicle drop-off, and pickup coordination or reminders.
• Restoration, repair, estimate, authorization, invoice, payment, and project-status updates.
• Answers to questions and other customer-care communications.
• Employee and mechanic alerts about assigned jobs, work orders, and customer approval decisions.
• Promotional messages only when your specific opt-in expressly covers promotional content.

2.Consent and Eligibility

You may enroll only through an affirmative opt-in method presented by Exclusively Classics. By opting in, you authorize Exclusively Classics to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide, including by automated technology where permitted. Your consent applies only to the categories of messages identified in the opt-in disclosure. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number, and are authorized to provide consent for that number.

3.Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and activity related to your services or project. The SMS Program may include recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges, taxes, or other fees are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4.Opt Out: Reply STOP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the SMS Program unless you later provide new consent. Other words commonly used to express an opt-out request may also be honored. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any appointment, service, purchase, or other agreement you have with Exclusively Classics, and employee consent is not a condition of employment.

6.Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. The SMS Program may not be available on every device, carrier, or location. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the SMS Program at any time.

7.Your Mobile Number

You agree to provide an accurate mobile number and promptly notify us if you stop using or transfer it. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and for messages sent from it. If your number changes, opt out before discontinuing the number when possible and contact us so we can update our records.

8.Privacy

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and limit the sharing of information associated with the SMS Program. We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9.Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms as the SMS Program or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before sending messages that rely on that consent.

10.Governing Terms

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These SMS Terms supplement any other agreement you have with Exclusively Classics and govern only the SMS Program.
