Employee SMS Consent

Program and recipients

SafeCode Inc. DBA Exclusively Classics sends optional, non-marketing operational text messages only to current employees and mechanics who affirmatively enroll. Messages concern assigned jobs, work orders, and customer approval or rejection decisions. Message frequency varies with assigned-job activity.

How employees opt in

1. A current employee signs in to the secured shop application and opens their Profile page.
2. The employee enters their own mobile number.
3. The employee actively checks the unchecked consent box shown below.
4. The employee selects “Enroll in text alerts.” The application records the number, consent timestamp, disclosure version, and web-form source.

The actual enrollment form is restricted to authenticated employees. The exact consent control is reproduced below so messaging-program reviewers can verify the call to action without an employee account.

Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out control in the employee profile. Reply HELP for help. See the SMS Terms of Service and SMS Privacy Policy.
