Custom Fabrication

Purpose-built solutions for parts that do not exist.

Vintage cars rarely follow a clean catalog. When a replacement is unavailable or a modern component was never designed to fit, thoughtful fabrication closes the gap.

Exclusively Classics combines hands-on automotive fabrication with digital tools such as CNC, 3D printing, and laser cutting. The goal is not novelty; it is a durable, serviceable part that solves a real fit, function, or integration problem.

Fabrication can support restoration, mechanical upgrades, interior systems, bodywork, prototype development, and the installation of modern components in older vehicles.

Capabilities

Work shaped around the needs of the vehicle.

Brackets and Mounts

One-off mounting solutions for accessories, driveline components, controls, cooling, and electrical hardware.

Adapters and Spacers

Measured components that resolve bolt patterns, offsets, interfaces, and fitment challenges.

Digital Prototyping

3D-printed test parts and templates that validate shape and fit before final fabrication.

Metal and Panel Solutions

Laser-cut profiles, CNC-supported parts, patches, tabs, reinforcements, and custom assemblies.

Our Process

Clear steps for complicated classic-car work.

  1. 01

    Define the problem

We document the load, motion, space, interface, finish, and service requirements.

  2. 02

    Measure and design

The team develops a practical concept using direct measurement, templates, prototypes, or digital design.

  3. 03

    Build and fit

The part is produced, test-fitted, adjusted, and evaluated with the surrounding systems.

  4. 04

    Finish and document

Final materials and finishes are selected for the environment, and the solution is recorded with the project.

Common Questions

Custom Fabrication Questions

Can you make a classic car part that is no longer available?

Often, yes. Feasibility depends on the part’s function, material, complexity, loads, and whether enough reference information or original material exists to reproduce it safely.

Do you use 3D printing for final automotive parts?

Sometimes, when the material and environment are appropriate. 3D printing is also valuable for prototypes, patterns, fixtures, mockups, and fit checks before a final part is machined or fabricated.

Can you fabricate mounts for a modern component?

Yes. The shop can design brackets, adapters, and supporting pieces for modern components when the installation is mechanically sound and appropriate for the vehicle.

Do you take standalone fabrication projects?

Fabrication work is reviewed case by case. A consultation is needed to understand the vehicle, problem, measurements, required materials, and whether the shop is the right fit.
